Stephen Greer, President & CEO
Mr. Greer has served as Chief Executive Officer of Antrim Energy Inc. since September 1999. Mr. Greer was previously Chairman and Managing Director of a predecessor corporation, Antrim International, and President of Antrim Resources Inc., a private oil and gas company. Mr. Greer has over 25 years of petroleum exploration experience and a technical background in oil and gas exploration, gained from various positions with companies including Texaco Canada Inc. and BP Canada Inc., both public oil and gas companies. Mr. Greer received a M.Sc in Geology from the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Douglas Olson, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Olson has been Chief Financial Officer since July, 2008. Mr. Olson has an extensive 35-year background in financial governance, corporate finance, strategic planning and reporting. He has held senior financial positions at a number of public companies in the energy services, power generation and exploration & production sectors. Most recently, as Vice President, Finance of an income trust, he managed key components of its $3.6 billion privatization. Mr. Olson obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary and holds Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst designations.

Kerry Fulton, Vice President, Operations
Mr. Fulton has served in Senior Management since April 2006, currently as Vice President of Operations. Most recently he was Project Drilling Manager for Encana responsible for activities in North Central Africa (Chad) and the Middle East (Yemen and Oman). From 1995 to 2001, Mr. Fulton was Vice-President Operations of Gulfstream Resources. From 1989 to 1995, Mr. Fulton was an international drilling and operations manager for Canadian Occidental where he was directly involved in the startup of the Yemen Masila project. Mr. Fulton is a registered professional engineer with APEGGA and is responsible for all technical aspects of Antrim's international exploration and development activities.

Brian Moss, Executive Vice President, Latin America
Dr. Moss has over 30 years international and domestic oil and gas experience. Dr. Moss served as Chairman of the Board for Richards Oil & Gas Ltd. and Chief Operating Officer, Compass Petroleum Partnership. Dr. Moss has previously served as President and CEO of Los Altares Resources Ltd., Vice-President for AEC, Latin America and Argentina, Rio Alto Exploration Ltd. and Rio Alto Resources International Inc. Dr. Moss received a Ph.D., and Diploma in Petroleum Geology from the Royal School of Mines, Imperial College of Science & Technology, University of London, in 1974. Dr. Moss is a registered professional geologist in the Province of Alberta..

Terry Lederhouse, Vice President, Commercial
Mr. Lederhouse has over thirty-six years’ experience in the petroleum industry, including acquisitions and divestitures, joint venture transactions, reserve evaluation and project management.  Prior to joining Antrim, he spent twenty-five years with a major petroleum consulting firm, the last thirteen as principal and managing partner.  In addition to operational experience in Canada with conventional and heavy oil, Mr. Lederhouse has extensive international experience, including the U.S.A., China, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Madagascar, Angola, Russia, Yugoslavia, the United Kingdom, Argentina and Colombia.

Murray Chancellor, General Manager (United Kingdom)
Mr.Chancellor joined Antrim in 2006.  He has 34 years experience in the oil and gas industry ranging from facilities engineering and project management in the North Sea, Middle East, Australasia and North America, to senior management positions in independent exploration and production companies in Russia and former Soviet countries, including, JKX Oil & Gas, Aminex plc and CanArgo Energy Corp.  He has a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from the University of New South Wales and is a Chartered Professional Engineer with the Institution of Engineers Australia and a registered Chartered Engineer with the Engineering Council and member of the Institution of Civil Engineers in the UK.
